Ok so here is the pitch....
I am a fan of classic road rally's aswell as current road rally's such as "Targa Newfoundland" and I would like to get a little series going on FM3 to represent this.
The idea here would be to run Rally di Positano and Fujimi adding both times together for a total time. Lowest time wins. In typical rally format we would have staggered starts. Honestly I would like to run it in individual stages that way its more realistic to road rally and we can base the grid order off of time. No less , I am open for ideas/discussion. Post up if you are interested. I am thinking classic rwd cars to start with. We can choose regulations and class caps together. We could run all of these together or either euros or muscles. Classic racing paints encouraged. Post up ideas and such. Hope to get atleast 8 people for this.

| I am so for this its unreal. I love Targa Newfoundland. I propose C class because, just look at the C class leader-boards and see the myriad of different cars. I am currently 3rd place on C-class old downhill with a FWD Mugen Civic. I have beaten the 2nd place time (05' Lotus) by 700 milliseconds but the leader boards were down and nothing was recorded. I was 25th with a AE86. C - Class is in my opinion the most fun and competitive class in the game. |

| C-class is cool with me. Are you on the DIS forums? I have a thread about this there too. We are thinking of going with the euros to start. The old fiat and alfa romeo were the inspiration for this. Do you know if staggering the start messes with time? So does your time start when the first car leaves or when you leave? This would be crucial. |

Stagger starts do not effect time, As soon as you're allowed to go the timer starts.
EDIT: will everyone be using the BMW? I'd like to use something people aren't using. |
